Sistem Manajemen Dan Pengendalian Persediaan Obat Pada Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the medicine supply management system starting from
planning, requesting, and receiving medicines as well as medicine supply control at Bukit
Kapur Public Health Center, Dumai City. The data used are primary data sourced from
observations and interviews and secondary data is LPLPO and other supporting data. The data
analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results obtained
are:1) The medicine supply management system starting from the medicine planning stage is
not in accordance with Kepmenkes No. 1121/Menkes/SK/XII/2008. Meanwhile, at the medicine
demand stage, it is good and has been implemented according to the SOP set by the Head of
the Puskesmas. Furthermore, at the stage of receiving the medicine it is quite good. This is
because when the medicine arrives at the Puskesmas, the pharmacy officer immediately checks
the medicine in accordance with the Temporary Exit Certificate given by the Health Service
and the medicine is checked according to the amount, crate, and packaging as well as the
expiration date. 2) Medicine Inventory Control does not have a special calculation based only
on estimates and consumption patterns. The implementation of stock taking is still using a
manual system and not yet computerized.
