Evaluasi Kerja Praktik Industri Dunia Usaha dan Kerja di Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis Internasional

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the perfomance of student of the applied International Business Administration study program when implementing apprenticeship during pandemic Covid-19. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The population in this study were all of the companies and government institutions as place for apprenticeship. Samples were taken by total population sampling method that all of the 26 companies and government institutions. The data was collected by using online questionnaires. Qualitative and quantitative analysis were used in Data analysis techniques. Qualitative analysis consists of collecting, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that all the aspect of work motivation, leadership and strategic ability, managerial ability, communication and environmental adaptation, and team cooperation were in high category.
