Abstract

Soebrantas road (Penebal-Ulu Pulau) which is located between Bengkalis and Bantan sub-district of Bengkalis of Riau Province has improved. The condition is still base and often flooded when the rainy season. This is certainly very disturbing road users. So to handle the road problem is done rigid pavement planning. This rigid pavement planning used the Bina Marga method of 2003 as a guide for the planning of concrete pavement by the Department of Settlements and Regional Infrastructure. As for SAP-2000 program, firstly, the bottom foundation parameter analysis is obtained using DCP test and for vehicle load is taken based on LHR according to the relevant government standard road class.In the analysis process with SAP-2000, the base mass is modeled as a stand-alone, unrelated elastic spring assembly for pavement structures modeled with shell elements. Based on the results of the calculation that has been obtained thickness for the method of Bina Marga 2003 is 15 cm, while for the aid program SAP-2000 is 14 cm.
