Analisa Olah Gerak Kapal Ambulan Air Bagan Benio
Abstract
Bagan Benio has 3 administrative villages included in the Bengkalis Regency area. The lack of health services in Bagan Benio makes residents with critical health conditions referred to the hospital, which is located far and difficult to reach, with the unavailability of medical transportation, especially for crossing from Bagan Benio to Tasik Serai or also to Siak, (water ambulance) based on the aim of successfully handling emergency patients with a rapid response in order to reduce mortality and disability in patients. In this study, the six degrees of freedom are analyzed, especially in vertical movements, namely heaving, pitching and rolling on regular waves presented in the Response Amplitude Operator (RAO) graph. by entering parameters such as speed variations and wave angles of 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 1350 and 180 ° then from the graph can be seen sub-critical, critical and very critical values in each movement. Calculations were carried out using the Maxsurf application computing software, the results of this study are the maximum heave motion value occurs when the speed is 30 m / s, the condition of the angle of arrival of the wave is 0 °, the RAO value is 71 m / m at a frequency of 5.4 rad / s. Furthermore, there is a decrease in the value of the roll motion as using the Maxsurf application. Furthermore, there is a decrease in the roll movement value as the ship speed increases. The maximum roll value occurs at a wave arrival angle of 90° when the ship speed is 0/ms with an RAO value of 6.68 deg/m at a frequency of 0.95 rad/s, while the minimum roll value occurs at a speed of 30 m/s with an arrival angle of 1800 RAO value of 5.6 deg/m. at a frequency of 1.0 rad/s.
