Abstract

Bukit Batu – Siak Kecil shaft road is a road built by Public Works Department of Bengkalis Regency financed by Local government budget which has reached 30%. this road made from 2 points, from the village of Buruk Bakul, Bukit Batu District and from the village of Langkat, Siak Kecil District. As for the current shaft road conditions from Buruk Bakul village has reached 4.2 Km, while from Langkat Village it has reached 6 Km from the total overall length of 30 Km, the road conditions currently always waterlogged during the rainy season. In order for the road segment can be used appropriately for its function and can serve traffic flow according to plan age then it takes good geometric planning and pavement.Geometric calculations using "geometric planning procedures for inter-city roads in 1997" while thick rigid pavement using data analysis methods and rigid pavement planning Bina Marga methods in accordance with the "Guidelines for Cement Concrete Road Pavement Planning (PDT-14-2003)" published by "Public Works Department" and the budget plan using AHS revision 4 public works field. Based on the geometric calculation of the Bukit Batu - Siak Kecil shafts road obtained the type on the point of intersection 3 is S-C-S, then the point of intersection 2 and 1 is S-S and pavement thickness is 16 cm with K-300 concrete quality. As for the cost of road construction of the 4 km road is Rp. 23,946,000,000
